Please note that frames purchased from The Archive Collection do not include free RX lenses. All sales from this collection are final and non-refundable.
We want you to be completely satisfied with the eyewear purchased from Vint & York and strive to make the return process as easy as possible.
For all returns, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Customers may choose to request the label from our customer support ($8.99 will be deducted from the refunded amount)
We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee for most of the orders placed through vintandyork.com.
Please note:
- Glasses fitted with any upgraded lenses including blue light, ultra thin (1.74), photochromic, progressive, RX sun lenses, polarized, bifocal lenses, digital custom lenses or other types of custom lenses are not returnable.
- Items discounted 25% or more are FINAL SALE and are not returnable.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Purchases of gift cards are non-refundable.
Returns have to be shipped by the customer within a 3-5 day window of the return authorization. All merchandise being returned must be in its original condition accompanied by a complete set of the original packaging. We will process your refund within a period of 4-8 business days of receiving your return. Shipping fees are not refundable. After a period of 15 days of the customer receiving the order (when the returns window has expired), all sales are considered to be final. For all international returns, customers will be responsible for covering the costs and fees associated with the return shipping.
To ensure fair and consistent treatment for all our customers, we have implemented the following return policy:
- A restocking fee of 10% will apply to all returns exceeding 3 frames (glasses), regardless of how the items are ordered.
- For customers placing multiple, the total number of items across all orders within a 30-day period will be counted to determine if the restocking fee applies. If a customers places multiple orders totaling more than 3 frames, the restocking fee will be charged on the total number of rames returned.
- This policy is designed to help us keep costs manageable and ensure we can continue to provide high-quality service.
