We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label so you can securely send your frames to us. A flat $12.99 shipping fee applies. Once we receive your frames, most lens replacement orders are processed and shipped back within 5–10 business days, depending on your lens selection.
We do not accept international orders for lens replacements.
SPECIAL NOTES
If your frames are damaged, destroyed or in poor condition, we reserve the right to refuse the lens replacement service. In such cases, we will return your frames to you and issue a refund for the lens charge.
FSA / HSA
FSA and HSA dollars can be used for purchases of prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses. You can pay with a credit card attached to your FSA/HSA account during checkout.

Standard orders are completed within 5–10 business days. Rush processing is available for an additional fee if you need your lenses sooner.
After placing your order, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label within 1 business day. Simply pack your frames securely and drop them off at any carrier location. We'll handle the rest.
